A string of mysterious fires tears through a housing block. The insurance company denies all claims, pointing to faulty wiring, abandoned candles, and general mismanagement as the simple cause. But survivors from the fires tell a different story. They claim to have seen a woman made of fire walking down the hallway, spreading the blaze to whatever she touches.
